Jacob Kenedy

Jacob Kenedy worked as a chef and ran the Bocca di Lupo restaurant and the Plaquemine Lock pub in London, which received a Bib Gourmand award. In 2010, he also opened the Gelupo ice-cream workshop. His acclaimed book *The Geometry of Pasta* was published by DuMont in 2019.
