Jack Kirby

Jack Kirby (1917–1994) was an influential and prolific comic artist. He was involved in the creation of characters and series including Captain America, the Avengers, and the X-Men. For DC Comics, he created, among others, Darkseid and the New Gods. His other well-known work includes contributions to The Incredible Hulk, Ant-Man, S.H.I.E.L.D., and Thor.
