Izabella Markiewicz

Izabella Markiewicz was born in Poland in 1977 and studied interior architecture in Trier, Germany. She later turned to illustration and design and founded the label and studio “Mädchenwahn.” Her work includes patterns for textiles, home decor, gift items, and stationery, as well as humorous illustrations for books, magazines, calendars, and postcards. Another focus of her work is children’s design.
