Ixta Belfrage

Ixta Belfrage began her career at Yotam Ottolenghi’s NOPI restaurant and later worked for five years in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen. Her culinary style was shaped by Brazil, Italy and Mexico: her mother came from Brazil, she spent her formative childhood years in Italy, and part of her family lived in Mexico. In 2020, she co-authored the New York Times bestseller *Flavour* with Yotam Ottolenghi. In 2021, Code Hospitality named her one of the most influential women in the food industry.
