Isabell Werth

Isabell Werth (born 1969) is a German dressage rider. Her career in top-level sport began in the late 1980s. She won eight gold medals at the Olympic Games, making her one of Germany’s most successful Olympians. Together with Evi Simeoni, she co-authored the books *Vier Beine tragen meine Seele* and *Was für eine Mensch ist mein Pferd?*.
