Horst Schecker

Horst Schecker, Prof. Dr., was Professor of Physics Education at the University of Bremen until 2021 and headed its Institute for Science Education. His research focused on the professional knowledge of student teachers, the modeling and assessment of subject-specific competencies, the promotion of experimental skills, the design of learning tasks, and quality development in physics teacher education.
