Horst Lutz

Horst Lutz is a qualified sports teacher and health coach. He developed the Life Kinetik® training program and worked as a trainer and lecturer. From 2007 onward, he focused on promoting the program through coach training, courses, and coaching for private individuals, educational institutions, and companies. The athletes and teams he worked with included Felix Neureuther, Borussia Dortmund, the German alpine skiing national team, and the Swiss ski jumping national team.
