Horst Buszello

Horst Buszello, born in 1940, studied history as well as political science and literary studies. He taught at Technische Universität Berlin and the University of Mannheim, and from 1977 was professor of early modern history and history education at the University of Education Freiburg. His dissertation on the German Peasants’ War of 1525 as a political movement marked the beginning of numerous studies on the subject, particularly on the stages of conflict in southwestern Germany.
