Holger Rathgeber

Holger Rathgeber was born in Stuttgart, Germany. At the beginning of his career, he spent several years working in Asia. He subsequently held senior positions at several U.S. companies, including a leadership role in human resources at the medical technology company Becton Dickinson. He also led the consultancy Team Rathgeber and worked for Kotter International.
