Herbert Grziwotz

Herbert Grziwotz holds doctorates in law and philosophy. He worked as a notary in Regen and Zwiesel and taught at the University of Regensburg. He became known for numerous publications and seminars, particularly as a co-author of commentaries on the German Civil Code (BGB), the Land Register Ordinance (GBO), and the Federal Building Code (BauGB). He was also involved in various editorial boards and institutions concerned with notarial and real-estate law.
