Henryk M Broder

Henryk M. Broder (born 1946 in Katowice, Poland) is a German journalist and writer. After completing secondary school in Cologne, he wrote for newspapers including Frankfurter Rundschau, taz and Die Zeit, as well as for magazines such as konkret, Pardon and Wiener. For 15 years, he worked primarily as a columnist for Der Spiegel and Der Tagesspiegel. Broder has published numerous books, including the bestsellers Hurra, wir kapitulieren! (2006), Die letzten Tage Europas (2013) and Das ist ja irre! Mein deutsches Tagebuch (2015). He was a co-founder of the political author blog Die Achse des Guten.
