Henry Slesar

Henry Slesar (1927–2002) was born in Brooklyn, New York, to German-Russian emigrants. At the age of 17, he began earning his living as a copywriter. He later published numerous novels and more than 500 short stories in American magazines. He also worked as a screenwriter and radio-play writer.
