Henry Dimbleby

In July 2004, Henry Dimbleby opened the first Leon restaurant in London’s Carnaby Street together with John Vincent and Allegra McEvedy. Their aim was to give traditional fast food a new identity. Six months later, Leon was named “Best New Restaurant in Great Britain” at the Observer Food Monthly Awards.
