Helga Nowotny

Helga Nowotny, born in Vienna in 1937, is professor emerita of ETH Zurich. Her interdisciplinary work focuses on the study of science. In 2018, she was awarded the Leibniz Medal of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
