Helena Steinhaus

Helena Steinhaus (born 1987) is a German social activist. She founded the association Sanktionsfrei, which has advocated for a humane basic income system since 2015. As a critic of the Hartz IV and Bürgergeld welfare systems, she received widespread media attention.
