Heiko Kleve (born 1969) is a sociologist, social pedagogue and social worker. He held professorships at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and at the Witten Institute for Family Business at Witten/Herdecke University. His additional qualifications include systemic counseling, supervision and coaching, mediation, and case management. His teaching, research and consulting focused, among other areas, on systemic theories and methods in social work, case management, entrepreneurial families and family businesses. He published several specialist books and numerous articles, including “Ambivalenz, System und Erfolg” (2007), “Aufgestellte Unterschiede” (2011) and “Systemisches Case Management” (4th ed., 2015).
