Heike Denzau

Heike Denzau (born 1963) is a German author of crime fiction and humorous romantic novels. Emons Verlag published her crime series featuring Itzehoe-based detective Lyn Harms and private investigator Raphael Freersen, who investigates cases on the island of Föhr. Her debut novel, “Die Tote am Deich,” was nominated for the Friedrich Glauser Prize in the debut category in 2012. In 2015, Denzau came second in the “Story” category of the KrimiNordica Award. She has also published short stories in anthologies, as well as the humorous novels “Opa will zum Nordkap” (2016) and “Ein Landarzt zum Verlieben” (2018).
