Haya Molcho

Haya Molcho, born in Tel Aviv in 1955, moved to Bremen with her parents at the age of nine and studied psychology there. After marrying the mime artist Samy Molcho in 1978, she accompanied him on tour for seven years, discovering the cuisines of different countries. In 2009, she founded the first NENI restaurant at Vienna’s Naschmarkt together with her sons. The restaurant later developed into a brand with additional restaurants, a cookery school and its own product line.
