Hassan Zahreddine was born in Lebanon in 1969. He studied painting at the art academy in Beirut and printmaking in Montreal, Canada. His illustrations have received multiple awards in the Arab world. “Zin” was his first book published in German and also the first work for which he wrote the text himself.
