Hartmut Bossel

Hartmut Bossel (born 1935) was trained as an engineer specializing in mechanical and aeronautical engineering. He taught as a professor for several decades at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and at the University of Kassel. He also worked as a systems and environmental scientist on all continents.
