Harald Roth

Harald Roth, born in Böblingen in 1950, taught German, history and civics at a secondary school until 2012. He published anthologies and educational materials on the Nazi era, including “Victor Klemperer: The Diary 1933–1945. A Selection for Young Readers” (1997), as well as “What Does the Holocaust Have to Do with Me?” (2014), “Never Look Away! On the Courage to Remain Human” (2020), and “No Country, Nowhere? Flight from Germany, Flight to Germany. 1933–1945 and Today” (2022). Roth was a co-initiator of the Hailfingen/Tailfingen concentration camp memorial.
