Ha Vinh Tho

Ha Vinh Tho is a Vietnamese-born professional who worked for many years with the International Committee of the Red Cross in crisis regions. He later led the Gross National Happiness Center in Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, for several years. In this role, he focused on the concept of Gross National Happiness and its application in different areas of society.
