H. Glenn Penny

H. Glenn Penny is a historian of modern European history. He held a professorship at the University of Iowa and specialized in relations between Germany and non-European cultures. In 2002, he published the standard work “Objects of Culture: Ethnology and Ethnographic Museums in Imperial Germany.”
