Gwendolyn Kiste

Gwendolyn Kiste grew up in Ohio and writes short stories, novellas, and novels. Her debut novel, *The Rust Maidens*, received the Bram Stoker Award and several other literary prizes. As a child, her parents read her works by Ray Bradbury and various poets, an early influence that inspired her poetic approach to horror.
