Guilhem

Guilhem Bec (born 1972 in Rodez, France) is a French illustrator and comics artist. In 1991, he completed an internship at the Peyo studio in Brussels and subsequently worked for the Belgian magazine „Spirou“, producing short stories and editorial artwork. From 1992 to 1994, he drew the series „La Tribu des Épithètes“ to scripts by François Gilson. He later illustrated for the Disney magazines „Le Journal de Mickey“ and „Minnie Mag“, as well as „Télé 7 Jeux“. His other work includes „Space Mounties“, written by Pierre Veys, and „Zarla“, a fantasy-adventure series developed with writer Jean-Louis Janssens from 2006. Some of his drawings were also used in the PlayStation 2 game „Les Schtroumpfs“.
