Gudrun Landgrebe is a German actress. Born in Göttingen, she grew up in Bochum. After training at an acting school in Cologne, she spent twelve years under contract at various municipal theatres. She achieved her breakthrough in 1983 with the leading role in Robert van Ackeren’s film “The Woman of Flame” (“Die flambierte Frau”). Her notable screen work includes “Colonel Redl,” “The Berlin Affair,” “The Cat,” Helmut Dietl’s “Rossini,” and the television series “Heimat.” In addition to film, television, and theatre, Landgrebe has also worked as a reader of literary texts and as an audiobook narrator.
