Guadalupe Nettel

Guadalupe Nettel (born 1973 in Mexico City) is a Mexican writer and journalist. She grew up in France, Montreal, and Barcelona and earned a doctorate from the École des Hautes Études in Paris. Several of her novels received international literary awards and have been translated into more than 17 languages. Nettel also worked as a journalist for publications including The New York Times, El País, La Stampa, and Granta, and edited the Mexican literary magazine La Revista de la Universidad de México.
