Graham Bowley

Graham Bowley was born in England in 1968 and studied economics in Oxford and Bristol. He subsequently worked for the International Herald Tribune in Brussels and for the Financial Times in Frankfurt, Paris, and Moscow. He later worked as a reporter for The New York Times. Bowley speaks Russian, French, and fluent German.
