Giovanni Catelli

Giovanni Catelli is an Italian writer and poet whose work focuses on the culture and geopolitics of Eastern Europe. His stories have appeared in publications including Corriere della Sera, Nouvelle Revue Française, Nazione Indiana and L’Indice dei Libri. He published ten books, which have been translated into several languages. For more than two decades, he followed the literary, historical and political developments of Eastern Europe and traveled as a correspondent in countries of the former Soviet bloc.
