Gillian G. Gaar

Gillian G. Gaar is a music writer and author of rock biographies. She wrote for magazines including Mojo, Rolling Stone, and Goldmine, and published biographies of artists and bands such as Nirvana, Green Day, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Elvis, the Doors, and Jimi Hendrix. Her other works include “Rebellinnen – Die Geschichte der Frauen in der Rockmusik,” a history of women in rock music.
