Gerd Ruebenstrunk

Gerd Ruebenstrunk was born in Gelsenkirchen and studied psychology. He began writing poetry and song lyrics at an early age; his work was published in literary magazines or recorded by bands. He later wrote copy for advertising agencies and television. He began writing books in the early 2000s and became known for the trilogy Arthur and the Forgotten Books. Ruebenstrunk has two children.
