Geeta S. Iyengar

Geeta S. Iyengar was an Indian yoga teacher and the daughter of the renowned yoga teacher B. K. S. Iyengar. She began teaching yoga in 1962 and pursued intensive studies of Indian philosophy and medicine. As head of the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, she contributed to the development and teaching of Iyengar Yoga. She also conducted yoga seminars internationally.
