Funda Vanroy

Funda Vanroy is a German television presenter of Turkish and Azerbaijani descent. She grew up in Munich from early childhood. After completing her intermediate secondary education, she initially worked for Deutsche Bank and later for Süddeutscher Verlag before moving into television journalism. She became known as a presenter of science and general-knowledge programs, including “Galileo” and “Galileo 360°.” From the launch of ProSieben Maxx in 2013, she also reported from red-carpet events and presented the knowledge magazine “Galileo 360°” on the channel.
