Frederik Pohl

Frederik Pohl (1919–2013) was an American science-fiction author, editor, and publisher. He was among the genre’s early editors and published numerous novels and short stories alongside his editorial work. His notable works include Man Plus, the novel The Space Merchants, written with Cyril M. Kornbluth, and the Gateway trilogy, regarded as his most significant work.
