Franz Sutter

Franz Philipp Sutter studied law at the University of Vienna. He subsequently worked for several years in research and teaching at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at Vienna University of Economics and Business. His other professional positions included work in the Federal Chancellery’s Constitutional Service and at the Federal Ministry of Finance, as well as judicial training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna. He was later appointed a judge at the Administrative Court.
