Frances Stickley

Frances Stickley is a primary school teacher, picture-book author and literacy specialist. She began writing stories and poems as a child and invented a poem titled “Daddy’s Milk Float” at the age of six. In 2017, she won the Bloomsbury and National Literacy Trust Short Story Prize.
