Franca Fritz

Born in 1962, Franca Fritz studied literary studies, English and Dutch at the universities of Cologne and Wuppertal and at the ITV Hogeschool in Utrecht. After completing secondary school, she lived in London for two years. She began working as a translator from English and Dutch in 1988. Together with Heinrich Koop, she translated works by, among others, Harry Mulisch, Wally Lamb, Nicholas Negroponte and Chris Howland.
