Felicitas Mokler

Felicitas Mokler is a PhD astrophysicist, science journalist, and author. After several years in research, she worked in science communication and wrote for publications including Sterne und Weltraum, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. She founded the online magazine Die Weltraumreporter at the cooperative RiffReporter. Mokler co-authored the books Polarlichter and Unter den Polarlichtern der Antarktis and wrote Astronomie und Universum. In 2008, she received the Klaus Tschira Prize for Clear Science Writing; in 2023, she was awarded the Hanno and Ruth Roelin Prize for Science Journalism.
