Fanny Bechert

Fanny Bechert (born in 1986 in Schkeuditz, Germany) is an author and audiobook narrator. After training as a physiotherapist, she returned to writing, a childhood hobby, in 2012. Her debut novel, *Elesztrah*, was published in June 2015 as a fantasy novel and marked the beginning of a multi-volume series. As a child, Bechert acted in theater productions and wrote her own stories; she originally dreamed of becoming an actress.
