Eva Holz Egle (born 1959) grew up in Lucerne. After attending the Ringier School of Journalism, she worked for several years at the newspaper Luzerner Neuste Nachrichten. In 1993, she became self-employed and established her own writing office. She worked as a journalist, freelance editor and non-fiction author, writing for newspapers, magazines and companies.
