Eva Demmerle

Eva Demmerle (born 1967) is a historian and biographer. She studied history, political science and theology in Bonn and Paris. From 1995 to 2011, she was a close associate of the European politician Otto von Habsburg, serving as his press spokesperson and head of office. As an author, she has focused particularly on the Habsburgs in the 20th century. Her publications include »Kaiser Karl. Mythos & Wirklichkeit« (2016) and »100 x Österreich: Habsburg« (2019).
