Eva Augsten

Eva Augsten holds a degree in engineering from Bingen University of Applied Sciences and is a journalist specializing in renewable energy and the energy transition. She completed her practical semester and diploma thesis at the Plataforma Solar de Almería in southern Spain. She subsequently worked on the editorial teams of the trade magazines “Sonne Wind & Wärme” and “Sun & Wind Energy,” ultimately serving as deputy editor-in-chief. In 2011, she became a freelance journalist. Her areas of expertise include electricity markets, heating networks, and solar process heat. She has contributed to trade and technology publications and to market studies.
