Etgar Keret

Etgar Keret, born in 1967 in Ramat Gan, Israel, is an Israeli writer. He is best known for his short stories; his work also includes graphic novels and screenplays. His books published in German include the story collections The Seven Good Years and Suddenly, a Knock on the Door. His collection Don’t Do It received the National Jewish Book Award. Keret’s short stories have been translated into numerous languages.
