Erin Hunter is the pseudonym of a team of female authors. Inspired by a love of cats and a fascination with the wilderness, the team created and wrote fantasy worlds centered on animals. The name is best known for the series Warrior Cats, Seekers, Survivor Dogs, and Bravelands.
