Emma Stonex

Emma Stonex was born in Northamptonshire, England, in 1983 and grew up there. She began her career as an editor and worked for several years at a large publishing house before becoming a writer. Her debut novel, *Die Leuchtturmwärter*, was inspired by her fascination with lighthouses and the mysterious disappearance of three lighthouse keepers on the Flannan Isles.
