Ema Kessell

Ema Kessell worked as a librarian and made her debut as a novelist with “Keine Muffins für Mr Darcy – Unterwegs mit Jane Austen.” During her university years, she intended to buy a crime novel for a train journey but was mistakenly given Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” in a bookshop. The book captivated her and led to a lasting engagement with Austen’s work.
