Elina Fuhrman

Elina Fuhrman worked as a journalist, including reporting from Afghanistan for CNN. She also wrote for The New York Times and other newspapers. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, she researched health extensively and developed vegan soup recipes. This work led to her company, Soupelina, known for its soups.
