Edna Bonhomme

Edna Bonhomme was born in 1985 in Miami, Florida, to Haitian immigrants. She studied biology, public health, and the history of science, and earned a doctorate from Princeton University. Her scholarly work focused on the spread of epidemics in North Africa during the 18th and 19th centuries. She has also worked as a scientist, freelance journalist, artist, and author.
