Dorothee Frings

Dorothee Frings is a legal scholar who worked as a self-employed lawyer specializing in migration law from 1983 to 1997. In 1997, she became a professor of constitutional, administrative and social law at Hochschule Niederrhein’s Department of Social Affairs. Her academic work focuses in particular on German and European social law relating to migrants.
