Doris Hummel

Doris Hummel (born 1975) earned a diploma in translation from the Department of Applied Linguistics and Cultural Studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. From 2008 onward, she worked as a freelance translator. Her work included short biographies of musicians, short stories, screenplays, fantasy novels, and books for children and young adults. She also gained extensive professional experience translating suspenseful and eerie stories.
